Johnny Depp Amber Heard Apartment, Friend Helped Actress Tell Lies
Police Bodycam Footage

New police testimony and never-before-seen bodycam footage may prove that Amber Heard was less than truthful about her alleged fight with Johnny Depp. Heard claimed the actor trashed their penthouse and assaulted her with a phone, throwing it at her face. One of her best friends, Rocky Pennington, said in a deposition that Depp had broken a wine bottle and left broken glass and spilled wine throughout the apartment. According to Pennington, Depp was “hitting everything with the wine bottle, just smashing it all off. So there was fruit on the floor and baskets and, you know, glass bottles and flowers.” Johnny Depp Amber Heard apartment – did her friend help her lie?

Four different LAPD officers visited their apartment after Heard’s friend dialed 911. The first set of officers have already given depositions that support Johnny Depp. They’ve testified that they didn’t see any injuries, vandalism, or evidence of a crime. Officer Saenz, a domestic violence specialist, told Heard’s attorney: “I did not identify her as a victim of domestic violence, we met with the victim, we checked the location, the husband wasn’t there, and that the victim advised us she wasn’t going to give us further information.”

The second set of officers wore body cameras as they entered Heard and Depp’s former home that night. “Amber and her friends described a chaotic, messy crime scene but the newly released LAPD bodycam unambiguously show that the penthouse was utterly undamaged and that their testimony was one more grandiose lie,” Depp’s lawyer tells DailyMail.com

In Johnny Depp’s libel trial against the Sun newspaper, Amber Heard submitted photos of their apartment. In the photos, there was broken glass and wine spilled all over the floors. The photographic evidence that Heard took was partially responsible for Depp losing his lawsuit. The body camera footage taken by officers contradicts Heard and her friend’s claims. “The police don’t see anything suspicious in the footage and there are no obvious signs of damage, disarray, or staining to the floors or carpets.” The apartment appears to be tidy.
