Johnny Depp news – Evidence filed by the well-known actor against British tabloid the Sun, and his ex-wife actress Amber Heard exposes the real victim. Allegations that Depp brutally assaulted Heard 14 different times are refuted by responding police officers, tape recordings, neutral third-party witnesses, and 89 surveillance camera videos.
Restraining Order Against Johnny Depp
In Heard’s divorce filing and request for a restraining order, she writes that her friend, IO Tillett Wright was on the phone with her during the last attack on May 21, 2016. Wright would later testify in support of Amber, in her declaration she stated: “I was on the phone with both of them and heard it drop, heard him say, ‘What if I pulled your hair back?’ Thereafter I heard Amber scream – Call 911.”
Two Los Angeles Police Department officers responded, one experienced in domestic abuse cases. Both officers gave depositions in Depp’s defamation lawsuit.

The Hotel Employees
Many employees had face to face interactions with Heard for several days after the May 21, incident. Not one employee saw bruises, swelling, or cuts on her face. Suddenly on May 27th, a “red cut underneath her right eye and red marks by her eye” were noticed by hotel staff. Ms. Esparza, who doesn’t know Depp personally, testified under oath that:
“She was so troubled by the sudden appearance of “a mark” on Ms. Heard’s face on the very day that the restraining order was obtained against Mr. Depp – that she went back and looked at security video footage.”
While reviewing the footage Esparza did not see any markings on Heard’s face. However, she did notice something unusual on the evening of May 24, 2016 with Heard, her sister, Whitney Heard, and a friend (another corroborating witness), Raquel Pennington.
“In the surveillance video, she saw Whitney Heard pretend to punch her sister in the face. Then Ms. Heard, Ms. Pennington, and Whitney Hem, all laughed.” Esparza testified that she thought the way the women were acting on the surveillance video was “wrong,” and it only made her question more how Ms. Heard ended up with a “mark” on her face on Friday, May 27.”

In audio confessions, Heard willingly admits that she was the perpetrator of violence. Depp would simply “walk away” during her impulsive outburst and this aggravated her more. David Sheborne, Depp’s attorney said in his opening statements:
“Ms Heard admits to having kicked a door into the crouching Claimant’s (Depp) head, and then punched him in the aftermath of an incident which started with her coming at him in a bathroom to which he had removed himself from her, and him then accidentally opening a door onto her toes (as she accepts). There is no mention that he responded in any physical way to these acts of violence against him.”

Another incident under examination happened in Australia during the filming of Pirates of the Caribbean. According to Depp’s declaration the tip of his finger was severed because Heard assaulted him with a vodka bottle.
“While I was in Australia filming a movie approximately one month after I married Ms. Heard, on a day where my then-lawyer tried to discuss with Ms. Heard the need that she sign a post-nuptial agreement with me, she went berserk and began throwing bottles at me. The first bottle sailed past my head and missed, but then she threw a large glass vodka bottle. The bottle struck the marble counter-top where my hand was resting and exploded. The projectile’s impact shattered the bone in my finger and entirely severed the tip of my finger … I had to have 3 surgeries to reconstruct my finger and contracted MRSA three times. I feared that I would lose my finger, my arm, and my life. “

While seeking medical attention he lied about what happened to protect her. His bodyguard testified that one of the first things Depp said to him before going to the hospital was: “She’s just cut my finger off.”
The bodyguard also admitted that he came up with the lie that Depp told the medical team to “protect [the film] production” and that its “usual victim pattern” he had seen in prison.
