Today the Pennsylvania state legislator held a hearing about the raised election issues and irregularities. Among the group was Rudy Giuliani, Doug Mastriano, Kim Ward, Frank Ryan and 15 more Pennsylvania state representatives. The discussions centered around voting software, mail in ballots and voter intimidation according to various witnesses. In the complaints a sudden surge of hundreds of thousands of votes swiftly came in over a short period, mostly for Biden. Where did the voting spikes in Pennsylvania come from?
Spikes in Voting Software
Colonel Phil Walden, also a statistical expert, gave his analysis during the hearing. “The voting system used in the US and Pennsylvania were built to be manipulated and have been used all around the world and has stolen elections in Venezuela, Italy, Argentina and Bolivia” two weeks prior. When speaking in detail on graphs of the Pennsylvania statistics he said: “On Election Day what that indicates is there is a spike in the loaded votes. 337,000 plus or minus votes were added in there in one big batch so that was an anomaly in the report.” When calculating the entire curve and all the spikes of votes for Biden and Trump. Waldren said: “Close to 600,00 – our figures were 570 odd thousand for Biden and Trump was lower than 3,200.”
Pennsylvania Mail In Ballots
Several witnesses testified in support of the technical issues with the mail in ballots. Giuliani questioned Waldren on the statistics of those votes. “This is the part that is a mystery. Mailed ballots sent out 1,823,148 but when you go to the final count of the vote there are 2,589,242 mail in ballots. How do you account for the 700,000 mail in ballots that appeared from nowhere?” Waldren was not aware if these votes were calculated in the final outcome.
Voter Intimidation
Several witnesses, many being Republican poll watchers were not allowed to view the voting process and gave testimony on their experiences of intimidation. Olivia Winters, a registered Democrat, testified that she was verbally attacked and physically threatened while on duty as a minority inspector. When she insisted that the Judge of Elections who had left, sign her affidavit – per duty instructions; she was told to learn to be quiet, sit down, shut up and just let it happen because anyone can sign. One man working at the poll booth also threatened to slap her.
She also testified to witnessing alarming voting practices and while asking questions about the matter, she was cursed at and threatened again. “It wasn’t until I called my ward leader, who called the Commissioner who in turn called the DA and representatives to discuss this with me and defend me, I had to have about 6 men there because I was being threatened in the polling place.”
There was also a request to appoint a special prosecutor to investigate the fraud case. Only a thorough investigation with the aid of computer forensics could determine the amount of substantial vs illegal votes. All statements will have to be upheld and cross examined in a court of law, but it can be said that the media reports themselves are fraudulent.
This claim about election fraud has not been disputed.
