Wade Robson Case Dismissed, Proven Lies By Michael Jackson Accuser
Michael Jackson Estate Victory

A judge has granted the motion from the Michael Jackson estate to dismiss Wade Robson’s lawsuit. The final decision (another dismissal) is scheduled for April 26th. James Safechuck’s lawsuit was dismissed in October of last year, on the same allegations Robson claims. According to the lawyer of both accusers, Vince Finaldi, companies MJJ Ventures, and MJJ Productions allowed the entertainer to sexually abuse Robson as a child. Is the Wade Robson case dismissed? It’s not officially dismissed as of yet, but here’s why the outcome doesn’t look good for Robson.

She told Billboard she was often with Robson at Neverland where and when he claims the abuse was taking place.” – Billboard (Wade Robson Case Dismissed, Proven Lies By Michael Jackson Accuser)

“Wade was a grown man when he testified the second time. If someone had been… abusing you and you had a chance to go on the stand and put that man away for the rest of his life so that he couldn’t hurt anyone else, you’d do it.” – Brandi Jackson, Kyle & Jackie O interview

The 2005 Michael Jackson Trial

The legal complaint, submitted by the Jackson estate, goes into detail about the major inconsistencies in Robson’s story. “Wade Robson testified in detail as an adult before a jury in 2005 that Michael Jackson never did anything wrong with or to him.” According to private investigator Scott Ross, Robson was thoroughly investigated and had to be cross-examined by several people. The questioning that Robson endured was intense and didn’t consist of simple Yes or No answers. According to the estate: “Jackson was subjected to a decade-long investigation by an overly-zealous, ethically-challenged, and ultimately disgraced prosecutor in Santa Barbara County, Tom Sneddon, who looked anywhere and everywhere for supposed ‘victims’ of Jackson’s.”

“In other words, he (Tom Mesereau) did not try the case as a ‘reasonable doubt’ case.” – Michael Jackson Estate (Wade Robson Case Dismissed, Proven Lies By Michael Jackson Accuser)

Thomas Mesereau, Jackson’s defense attorney, tried the case with the sole purpose of proving that Jackson was innocent. Not only was Jackson tried with evidence (or lack thereof) from the Arviso family, but the judge allowed the testimony of the 1993 case witnesses. “In other words, he (Mesereau) did not try the case as a ‘reasonable doubt’ case.” according to the Jackson estate.

Wade Robson’s Email Trail

An email trail also shows that Robson sent himself information from an anti-Michael Jackson webpage to help build his case. The website is run by people who believe Michael Jackson is a pedophile. The site bases its arguments on statements and evidence that either doesn’t exist or was disproven in Jackson’s 2005 trial.

Robson also tried to hide numerous email communications from the Estate. Before 2012, Robson and his mother Joy Robson wanted to write a book about Jackson that didn’t contain sexual abuse. In 2012, Robson tried to shop a book that revolved around sexual abuse. The book “told a completely different story of how he was first abused by Jackson.” The estate added: “Robson explained that his memories had ‘evolved’ since writing the draft of the book in late 2012 and early 2013. He explained that “post disclosing the abuse in 2012 and beginning that healing journey, they’ve evolved as far as I remember more details about scenarios.”

The locations, dates, and times that Robson’s claimed to have been abused by Michael Jackson are also under scrutiny. In Leaving Neverland, and court records, Robson told a story about how he was left alone with Jackson at Neverland while his family went to the Grand Canyon. According to Robson this was the first time Jackson began to molest him. Joy Robson, his mother, testified (after Wade made allegations) that her whole family (including her kids) went to the Grand Canyon. Some feel that Joy Robson said this out of embarrassment because she left her son alone with a stranger. However, Wade Robson’s testimony supports his mother’s claims, he testified that his first time at Neverland without his mother was in 1993. The Grand Canyon trip would’ve been in 1990.
